However, many Houstonians do not have a reliable means of transportation while some choose to use a variety of transportation modes to move around Houston’s 627 square miles.
LINK Houston envisions a city where one’s worth is not tied to a car. This means safer and more accessible conditions for those who walk and bike to reach opportunities. This means more frequent, accessible, and reliable public transit routes. This means mitigating negative impacts of infrastructure development. With your help, we can propel these issues into the public mindset, and convince our elected officials to create the policy changes that Houston needs.
