The report offers suggestions for improving the city’s “transit equity.” That includes more frequent service along with additional late-night buses.
A report by the group LINK Houston says about 40 percent of the bus riders they surveyed didn’t have a vehicle at home. Nineteen percent said the bus was their only transportation option.
