LINK Houston, in partnership with Air Alliance Houston, provided technical assistance to Independence Heights community members to prepare an advocacy strategy for the North Houston Highway Improvement Project (NHHIP), or I-45 expansion. LINK Houston’s involvement was supported by Rice University’s Center for Civic Leadership. Air Alliance Houston’s involvement was supported by the 500 Cities Data Challenge.
